Our connection with the natural world is one of the most primal, intimate, and effortless connections we have as humans. Yet, in our modern world, we can lose sight of how deep and profound this connection is.

Join Licensed Therapist and Embodiment Coach Sam Redondo in a time of reflecting on nature’s impact on our mental health and wellbeing. We’ll use techniques from nature therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy to grow our sense of connection to ourselves, nature, and each other.

We'll weave through movement and stillness, recognizing how we are nature and how we are in reciprocity with nature. We'll also make space for group discussion and witnessing, allowing for time to integrate our experience around what taking action for nature connection and climate justice can look like in our daily lives.
